Small Events & Ceremonies
Review event hosting constraints, guest counts, and noise curfews before inquiring.
Capacity & Visitor Rules
While only 6 guests may sleep overnight, we allow day-visitors for small gatherings under these limits:
- Max Visitors: 20 total daytime guests (including overnight guests).
- Overnight Restrictions: Strictly 6 sleeping guests. Extra visitors must leave by 10:00 PM.
- Event Approval: All events require prior registration and owner approval.
Important Note
Commercial events with ticket sales or public entry are strictly prohibited.
Noise & Curfew Policies
Our property is part of a quiet coastal neighborhood. To keep the community friendly, we enforce the following:
- Curfew: Outside noise, music, or pool usage must end by 10:00 PM.
- Sound Systems: Amplified sound bars or DJ mixers are not allowed outside. Small portable bluetooth speakers are fine if kept low.
- Security Deposit: Event bookings require a frozen security deposit of RM 500.
Violation penalty
Fines apply and deposit may be forfeit for sound complaints after 10:00 PM.
Available Packages
Backyard Ceremony Package
Includes access to the gazebo, grass lawn setup space, and permission for up to 20 daytime guests.
Corporate Team Building
Provides early 12:00 PM check-in for event coordination, access to projection screens, and table setup layouts.
